Stauffer Glove & Safety is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivables Representative to join our team in Red Hill, Pennsylvania.
This individual must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

401K matching Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Paid time off Hybrid work schedule Essential Functions The Accounts Receivables Representative is responsible for managing collections.
This position will have contact with the customer and their A/P department plus working with internal customer service on clearing up past due balances.
The job duties also include posting checks/wire transfers, processing RMA's and credits and customer relations.
This position is also representative will be a backup to other members on the team where necessary.
Collecting past due receivables from assigned customers/contact delinquent customers for payment.
Logging in comments to track when payments will be received.
Following up on past due receivables if dates are missed.
Processing RMAs and Credits.
Posting checks and wire transfers.
Researching and resolving discrepancies.

This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role requires sitting for long periods of time and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM are typical hours.
No travel may be required.
