We are seeking a receptionist to join our team of professionals in our clean, organized, state of the art facility.
Duties of the Position Greet every customer in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff.
Schedule appointments.
Update customers on the repair status of their vehicle.
Collect payment from customers.
Update daily log.
Inform customer about the process and timing of repairs.
Follow up with customers after delivery of repaired vehicle to ensure they were satisfied with their experience.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Self-Motivated Team player Dependable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening are required for employment.
