We are currently seeking a self-motivated parts salesperson with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and who works well with others.
If you have a mechanical aptitude, love numbers, cars and have computer skills, we can teach you everything else! Job
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them on the phone in finding the parts they are looking for, including answering questions and educating on product usage.
- Assist with inventory management and verify that all parts are currently stocked.
- Label different parts based on their function and price using predetermined methods for organization and documentation.
- Inspect returned parts to find defects and promptly assist the customer with a replacement or a full refund.
- Participate in accepting shipment of parts, sending orders to customers and documenting all inventory.
- Calculate sales totals , taking into account factors such as discounts, store credit, and promotions.
